Welcome to the eclipse season with an annular solar eclipse and a partial lunar eclipse, bringing an intense yet rewarding transformational month of October. 

The New Moon in Libra on 14 October is an annular solar eclipse not visible in Singapore but in the US and other parts of the world. 

An annular solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth but when it is at or near its farthest point from Earth. Because the Moon is farther away from Earth, it appears smaller than the Sun and does not completely cover the Sun. As a result, the Moon appears as a dark disk on top of a larger, bright disk, creating what looks like a ring around the Moon. 

The Libran energy highlights relationships with personal/self and others - partners, family, friends, and colleagues. Whether it's a journey inwards or outwards expressing "self", it is not an alone journey but a co-creation.
