DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

The following sets out the Delivery and Shipping Policy of Sound Universe International Pte Ltd (“SUI”) for the products and services (including events & courses) sold by SUI. The Delivery and Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with SUI’s Terms and Conditions Policy.

1. Singapore Delivery

All Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls in stock are delivered free of charge in Singapore usually within 3-5 days. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please get in touch for more information by contacting through our online Contact Form or at info@thesounduniverse.com.

 

2. International Shipping

We ship all over the world. Cost of shipping for international orders is calculated based upon the weight and destination of your order. Please get in touch for a quote by contacting through our online Contact Form or at info@thesounduniverse.com.

 

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order to purchase a product from SUI, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when confirmed by an email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.

  • Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls must be paid for in full before collection/ shipping.

  • All transaction/ bank fees for international payments must be paid for by the client.

  • Shipping is not included in the price of any Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. We ship worldwide and the shipping cost varies in different countries. We shall provide an estimated shipping quote (indicative and subject to changes) upon your request.

  • International shipping may incur additional customs duties or local taxes. Payment of any customs duties or local taxes remains the sole responsibility of the client.

  • SUI is not held liable for any damages that occur during transit if the client arranged for a courier service rather than an in-person collection.

  • Reservation of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls is confirmed upon the placement of a non-refundable 50% deposit. Shipping will be arranged after full payment is made.

  • Flexible payment options are available - either monthly, or subject to mutual discussion and agreement. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls will be shipped/ collected after making full payment.

 

4. Returns Policy

To ensure that the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl you choose is right for you, we offer a free advisory service, photos and video recordings. If you are unsure if this process is sufficient for you to determine what you like to purchase, you may book an appointment with SUI in person, at our physical store, to play the bowls before you commit to purchasing.  Therefore, we are unable to offer a returns policy if you change your mind unless by prior arrangement with SUI before purchase.

 

All inclusions such as bubbles, spots or lines found on Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are formed during the firing process and are unique birth markings to each bowl. They do not affect the performance of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

 

5. Faulty Or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If an item is received in a damaged condition, or if the item you have received is not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately using our online Contact Form or at info@thesounduniverse.com. At SUI’s expense, we will organise a courier to collect the faulty/ incorrect item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please be advised that you will need to check the packaging as soon as you take delivery of the item and do not sign for the item if the packaging is damaged in anyway until you have checked the contents.  Please open the box whilst the courier is present and only sign for the item if your order is complete and intact.

 

6. Events & Courses 

  • Invoices must be paid within seven days unless stated otherwise.

  • All transaction charges incurred including the transfer of refunds (e.g. bank fees) must be paid for by the client.

  • In the unlikely, unforeseen circumstances that SUI cancels a course or event, we will fully refund any fee or deposit paid.

  • If flights are required, we advise to take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any such unlikely event or any other event where you would have to cancel yourself.

  • SUI is not liable for any cancellation fees incurred from flights bookings, travel expenses, accommodation costs and/or any other costs.

  • SUI is not able to offer compensation for any delays or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

  • SUI reserves the right to change the venue prior to the commencement of the event/ course

  • SUI is not held responsible for any loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the attendees.

  •  We recommend that all overseas attendees having adequate travel insurance to cover any flights once you booked your ticket (and any other cancellations) and medical insurance to cover the duration of the trip.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy (for courses, events and sessions) is in place to offer clarity and set-forth the attendee's rights in the event of an unexpected cancellation or unforeseen change. The terms below are between SUI and the attendee.

 

​Courses

  • By registering with SUI to provide sound healing training and courses (Services) to the client or customer, here known as, the student; You, the student hereby agree with the following terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply in relation to the Services and that such terms shall take precedence over any other terms.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations after midnight three weeks prior to the course start date, during or after the course.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed live practicum training date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability and at the discretion of SUI), provided you contact us no later than 72 hours prior to the training course date by email to info@thesounduniverse.com. Where it is possible to offer a reschedule of training, this will be subject to a rescheduling fee of USD375. We operate a ‘fair use’ policy for rescheduling and all courses can only be rescheduled on one occasion. Failing to attend the rescheduled date you will be required to book the training at full price.

  • Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend for their booked live training date without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to info@thesounduniverse.com, you will automatically forfeit your course fee, and SUI  will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling.

 

Events

  • A full refund will be given if one day or more are given for cancellation before the event.

  • Strictly no refund for cancellations after midnight one day prior to the event and/or late-comers who missed the in-person events, except for any emergency (for example unwell and sick). Kindly inform SUI as soon as possible for refund. 

Private, Private Group & Corporate Sessions

  • A full refund will be given if more than three day’s notice is given prior to the session.

  • Strictly no refund for cancellations with less than three days’ notice.
