New Moon  reflect, putting an end to experiences that no longer serve us, and making plans and intentions for new beginnings.

The Sound Journey meditation shall be guided by the Cosmic energy of the New Moon in Leo to meditate on the qualities of Leo: courage, generosity, warmheartedness, authoritative, active and open. Being open and allowing the version of "I" and "self" to be flexible, shift and reshape, and evolve. Embracing these qualities that we might need to heal, enhance, develop, fine-tune and incorporate into the new version of "self".

The Lion's courage for us to observe and be aware of the authentic self, and to receive emotional and inner child healing during the sound journey.

This new moon has beneficial support from Jupiter (planet of expansion and abundance), and we can find it natural to want to grow, improve, and move in the direction of positive change.
