We begin by resetting ourselves with a relaxed guided meditation by Sarleia-Betty with the harmonious vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls. Then, Sarleia will lead you on a Sound Journey for the second part of the session. Sound, inherently quantum with the wave-particle duality, helps to transcend our past and raises our consciousness.
