We begin by resetting ourselves with a relaxed guided meditation by Sarleia-Betty with the harmonious vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls. Then, Sarleia will lead you on a Sound Journey for the second part of the session. Sound, inherently quantum with the wave-particle duality, helps to transcend our past and raises our consciousness. 

Gemini energy is mutable, bringing openness and flexibility to new possibilities. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls vibrations have shapes, colours and lights. As you immerse yourself in this sonic landscape, feel the colours and light merging and flowing together, symbolizing the harmonious dance of change in your life. The sound shall also lighten and upgrade your light bodies. A sound journey of exploration and creativity, breaking through limitations and opening to new possibilities.

Besides the alchemy crystal singing bowls, Sarleia-Betty may often use light language in her session.
