Sarleia-Betty invites you to an evening of sacred mantras, guiding us to stillness meditation, and dedication of the merits and blessings to all sentient beings.

A mantra is a sacred word, sound or phrase, often in Sanskrit. The word mantra comes from two Sanskrit roots; manas meaning ‘mind’ and tra meaning ‘tool’. As such, mantras serve as “tools" to awaken, transform and lead to concentration and stillness.

May all be well, happy and healthy.

May the practice purify our negativities and karma in our hearts, mind and body.

May the sounds of the sacred mantras lift the veil of the subconscious and awaken our inner wisdom.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
